I have been dying to do a giant table-size charcuterie spread forever and earlier this summer, I finally got the opportunity while helping one of my clients with her daughter’s graduation open house. This would also make the perfect spread for any Mother’s Day event! You can find the full details by clicking here!

I feel like cheeseboards are one thing in life that I am pretty close to mastering. I would credit the fact that my husband and I have ordered just about every cheeseboard available at every restaurant we've been to. Basically if a cheeseboard is on the menu, we're 100% getting it. I've always loved appetizers more than actual meals so this is an ideal spread for me- lots of little bites and different flavors! It is also the EASIEST meal to prepare for entertaining yet it still looks super impressive and beautiful. Find full details by clicking here!

Growing up in the south biscuits and gravy are a way of life and they are the centerpiece of this delicious southern brunch board. This one has all the delicious brunch foods in one spot- bagels, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, sausage, eggs, and more! You can find the full recipe with ingredients and instructions by clicking here!

This recipe was part of my ultimate summer cheeseboard which you can find here!

One of my favorite ways to entertain on weekend mornings is putting together brunch and breakfast boards filled with all my favorite breakfast foods, fresh fruit, and spreads! It’s perfect for any Mother’s Day breakfast or brunch! Check out the full recipe by clicking here!

Sometimes I feel like I should maybe create a whole blog dedicated to my love of cheese and charcuterie boards!  I have shared so many different charcuterie boards, ideas, and recipes over the years on here, and it truly is my favorite meal both to serve and eat!  Not only is it easy to prepare, but I love how you can really wow guests with the overall presentation, PLUS it feeds a large crowd easily. Find all the items that I used, as well as tips for assembling your own beautiful brunch board by clicking here!

I recently made this salad board for one of our Christmas parties and I’m kind of kicking myself that I hadn’t thought of this sooner! It really is such an easy way to entertain a crowd and feed a lot of people without a lot of prep! It also works especially well if you have guests with certain food allergies, sensitivities, or preferences because everyone can make their own salad with the ingredients they want. You can find the full ingredients and instructions by clicking here!

One of my entertaining go-to’s is my quick and easy dessert boards! I love dessert but hate baking, so this is the perfect solution for me. Everything used is pre-made and available in my local grocery's bakery section. I just simply took items out of the package, cut them up, and arranged them all together on a pretty tray! Get the full details by clicking here!

There’s nothing like summertime sweets! This is such a perfect board to make for a baby or wedding shower, picnics, parties, or family gatherings. Check out the full details by clicking here!

If you’ve been following for a while, you know I love to cook but hate baking (way too much math and science involved, and I hate measuring). So when I need to bring a dessert somewhere and still impress, here’s my solution: the dessert board! You can find the full details by clicking here!

Breakfast

If you're looking for a sweet brunch treat that's just as easy as it is beautiful- this is for you!  These mini individual parfaits are perfect for serving at showers or brunches, and you can customize them for any size group. Find the full recipe by clicking here!

No brunch spread is complete without a quiche!  This delicious savory quiche includes one of my favorite combos: spinach + feta. I used a frozen pie crust to make this recipe even quicker and easier, but if you prefer to make your own crust from scratch, that's always an option.  You can find the full list of ingredients and step-by-step instructions by clicking here!

This recipe is probably one of my favorites! The tartness and fresh flavor of the raspberries perfectly cuts the sweetness and rich flavor of the french toast.  Baking this dish after soaking the bread overnight makes it perfectly flavorful and melt-in-your-mouth soft and doughy.  The raspberry compote butter really takes the entire recipe up a notch and adds the perfect bit of saltiness too.  Make your next brunch extra special by serving this beautiful + delicious dish!  Find all the ingredients and step-by-step instructions by clicking here!

Salads + Appetizers

There are few things I love more for spring than a super bright, fresh salad.  This burrata, asparagus, and prosciutto salad is the perfect appetizer spread for a crowd, but is also hearty enough to eat as a weeknight meal. For full details, click here!

I'm typically not a huge fan of fruit in salads but something about spring puts me in the mood for this combo.  This salad has a few of my favorite things: Parmesan, prosciutto, peaches, and pecans.  The flavors work together perfectly, especially the sweetness of the peaches and pecans with the saltiness of the prosciutto and Parmesan!  The lemony vinaigrette is a perfect light and fresh dressing for any spring salad and is the perfect topping for this one as well.  You can find all the ingredients + instructions for pulling this together by clicking here!

Summer means plenty of picnics, cook-outs, and pool parties, and one of my favorite dishes to share for summer gatherings is pasta salad.  I'm on a roll with Southern Living recipes lately and this one is no exception.   I've already made it twice in the past week and everyone who has tried it has LOVED it! Check out the full details by clicking here!

This is one of my favorite easy recipes to whip up for a summer meal or appetizer!  There are so many possibilities for summer bruschetta, but these are definitely two of my favorite ways to make it for the season.  I use a whipped goat cheese base for both recipes and it's the perfect mild, slightly tangy spread to compliment both sweet + savory bruschetta.  I love all the bright + beautiful colors and textures in this recipe as well- so perfect for summer!  You can find the full list of ingredients and easy step-by-step instructions by clicking here!

Lunch

This is super easy to put together and tastes delicious! If you don’t have the exact ingredients listed below, feel free to improvise with whatever ingredients you have in your pantry. This also works great as leftovers and is just as tasty as heated back up! Find all the instructions and ingredients by clicking here!

I've said it before, but some of my all-time favorite recipes come from Southern Living magazine, particularly their summer issues.  This is another favorite that I tweaked the instructions for just slightly, but overall kept the ingredients pretty much the same.  The simple balsamic and olive oil penne pasta base is so light, flavorful, and perfect for summer.  It also allows the dish to be able to be served both hot or cold, and makes it compatible with a variety of different ingredients if you want to switch it up!   You can find all the ingredients and instructions listed for you by clicking here!

Nothing says summer like a picnic spread full of bright and colorful fruit,  gingham galore, and lots of snacks + light bites to share.  It's also a perfect excuse to get outside with friends and family and enjoy a meal in the sunshine or even under the stars.  I've made your picnic prep super easy by putting together a list of easy to transport picnic foods that also require zero prep so they're ready to pack straight from the grocery! Find full details by clicking here!

While this recipe may be for asparagus, I'm basically giving you the blueprint to the easiest and most delicious way to cook any vegetables.  A little olive oil and balsamic, salt and pepper, and toss it all in a bowl to coat before spreading it out on a baking sheet to roast.  It's my foolproof way for making any vegetable so much more flavorful with the perfect crisp texture! Find full details and instructions by clicking here!

This super cheesy zucchini tart has to be one of my favorite recipes to date!  It is the perfect summer vegetable side and looks so beautiful coming out of the oven.  It reminds me of a classic southern tomato pie, but dare I say it, WAY better! For full details, click here!

Desserts

This super easy summer recipe combines some of my favorite ingredients: fresh strawberries, moist pound cake, and the most delicious lemon mascarpone cream.  All the ingredients are amazing on their own but when layered up, the flavors and textures perfectly complement each other!  Find complete details including ingredients + step by step instructions for this recipe by clicking here!

Summer isn't truly summer without fresh peach desserts!  When I saw all the gorgeous peaches at the farmer's market this weekend, I knew some baking would be in my future this week!  I came across the recipe for this bourbon, peach, and blueberry crumble and thought it looked too delicious not to try!  For full details click here!

I have been dying to make a peach dessert after seeing all the delicious-looking peaches at the farmer's market each week.  I found this recipe on Pinterest from Practically Functional blog and decided to try it.  I made a few small tweaks, and added raspberries because they added more color and are pretty much my favorite fruit lately.  Not much prep goes into making a trifle and it's pretty much all assembly- my kind of baking!  This is the perfect dessert to whip up quickly for a summer cookout or last minute picnic! For the full details and recipe click here!

Thanks to my inability to eat an entire bunch of bananas before they go bad, I end up making banana bread quite often.  I usually do not have any patience for baking, but this is something easy enough for me to handle.  This is not just any ordinary banana bread though, it has BOURBON, and CHOCOLATE, AND cream cheese!  I don't know how it could get any better! Check out the full details by clicking here!

What's better than banana bread?  Banana bread with dark chocolate AND raspberries!  If you can't ever seem to eat all your bananas before they turn brown (like me), it's a perfect excuse to whip up this delicious, sweet breakfast bread.  Just about everything is better with chocolate and the addition of raspberries not only give this bread a beautiful color but also a touch of tartness that it needs.  It is so moist when done and practically melts in your mouth! Check out the full recipe by clicking here!
