Summer Dessert Board
If you’ve been following a while you know I love to cook, but hate baking (way too much math and science involved and I hate measuring). So when I need to bring a dessert somewhere and still impress, here’s my solution: the dessert board! This one’s even themed for Memorial Day festivities, but there’s a million different ways you could customize it! And the best part, no baking required! I seriously bought everything at Kroger and just cut a few things up! Arrange and you’re done! Yes, even the little flowers are edible too! I can’t think of a better way to eat dessert either, getting to mix and match and try bites of all the delicious things. I’m sharing all the ingredients I used and a step by step guide for putting it together below! Enjoy!

-Blueberries
-Strawberries (cut in half)
-Cherries
-Raspberries
-Blackberries
-Pound Cake (sliced then cut in half)
-Lemon Cake (sliced then cut in half)
-Yogurt Covered Pretzels
-Yogurt Covered Cranberries
-Powdered Donut Holes
-Berry Cream Cheese
-Creme Fraiche
-Cream Filled Pastries (cut in half)
-Chamomile Flowers (for garnish- optional)
Start by evenly spacing your pastry items throughout the board with plenty of space in between.
Next transfer your cream cheese and creme fraiche from their containers into a small dish. Add a spoon or spreading knife for serving and place on the board (space them so they aren’t right next to each other too).
Fill in with your fruit, keeping in mind color as you place them (try to space out the colors evenly throughout the board).
Finish by using the yogurt covered pretzels and cranberries to fill in any holes.
Add small cuttings of the chamomile flowers to the edges and throughout the middle for garnish (optional)- these are edible too!
