All ages are welcome! We do gear our imagination areas and activities toward toddler and elementary age. If an older sibling or child would like to visit or tag along, we will charge the $8 adult admission fee per child over 10.

In order to allow as many friends to play with us as possible, we do not have space for strollers in the Gathered Play + Create area. You are welcome to park strollers outside the door if needed! Please contact us if you need special accommodations and we will be happy to help!

Babies 12 months and under are free with any paid child admission within the same family or any family membership. If you would like to attend with just a single baby, even with a friend or someone outside your own family and no other older children, you will need to pay an adult admission for $8 per adult at check-in.

We allow two adults complimentary per party (not per child). If you do have additional adults that would like to attend beyond the included 2, they are welcome, but will have to pay the $8 adult admission fee per additional adult. Please note: If you bring an adult guest outside of your immediate family, they cannot bring their own child or baby with the paying a separate admission. This will be charged at check-in.
We hope you will be understanding of this policy because additional adults limit our total capacity and the amount of children we can have in the space!

If you booked a play session and can no longer attend at that time, we can apply a credit to your account for a future play session in the amount of your purchase. Please cancel play sessions at least one hour before your reservation to receive credit. You may also reschedule any play sessions up to one hour before the appointment time starts, as many times as you wish (as long as always an hour prior). We do not issue any refunds and any credits can not be converted into any kind of cash or other credit, besides for future play sessions.

When you book a play session, you will be required to input your preferred email where you will receive a confirmation email right after booking. On this confirmation email, there will be a button at the bottom to “edit or cancel your reservation.” Click here to easily cancel or reschedule your play session! For all visitors, including members, reservations are not required but STRONGLY recommended! We cannot guarantee space for any walk-ins at any given time and you may have to wait until space opens up without a reservation (which could possibly be an hour or more). Please use our online booking system prior to arriving to guarantee your play session! Members do receive priority booking and get first access to slots each week as well as any special events like storytimes, classes, workshops, and more!

Click any of the “book a play session” buttons throughout our website and check out as normal. Choose your time and add the number of children in the quantity box. Once on the checkout page, click the “Redeem Coupon” at the bottom of the page and use code “MEMBER”. We will be double checking all memberships at check-in once your arrive to ensure your membership is on file and active. If you use the coupon code and do not have a membership, you will be charged the normal admission fee per child before you are allowed to enter the play area.

YES! We do allow you to rotate your membership between different children if you have one child in school part of the year or on certain days, or want to bring a different child each time you visit. We will just need to make sure we still have a waiver on file for every child before they use their membership and their basic info on file as well. You can also purchase a membership for one child and then buy individual play sessions for another if you don’t need a full membership for all children in your household! We want our memberships to be very flexible to you family’s needs- please email us if you have any specific questions or have a special situation you need arrangements for at gatheredky@gmail.com

Yes! We will happily add any additional family members or caregivers who might want to bring your child to your account, upon request. They will be permitted to bring your child/children that are listed as active members at any time. Please note memberships only cover 2 adults per visit, so if additional caregivers are visiting in addition to adults listed on the membership they will be charged for the add-on adult admission ($8) at check-in.

One of the many perks of becoming a member is our guest passes! Each member gets one free guest pass per month to bring along a friend to check out our magical space! Just use code GUEST to book a spot for your guest and we will handle everything else at check-in!

To check your gift certificate’s balance, please go to our booking page. You’ll scroll down to the bottom of the page, below the calendar, and click CHECK CODE BALANCE. From there, you’ll enter the code you want to check or your email address associated with your gift certificate.

Yes, we do! If you have a group of 8-12 kids, we can do our group rate! This is perfect for a play group outing, a classic mama group get-together, or a small group meet-up. With a group rate, you’ll have private access to the play space for 2 hours during regular business hours. These private groups must be set up ahead of time via email to gatheredplaycreate@gmail.com. This group rate may NOT be used in place of a birthday party reservation or scheduled outside our typical operating hours.
We also offer a special rate for school or daycare field trips. Please reach out to us to inquire as we would love to help coordinate this for you!
