One Room Challenge 2021: Final Reveal- Entryway Makeover
I am so excited to share the FINAL REVEAL of this year’s one room challenge space, my entryway. From the wallpaper, to the dutch door, to the vintage rugs, and gallery wall, this space is totally ME and it now makes a statement when you open the door. This was definitely one of the most challenging projects I have ever taken on and it seemed like I just was hitting setback after setback at the beginning. I am so happy with how everything ended up coming together though and it all ended up being worth it in the end. I literally worked down to the last minute possible and took photos right before the good light went away on Thursday!

One Room Challenge 2021: Week 7- The Home Stretch
I feel like I say this every week, but I REALLY cannot believe we are down to the final week of this season’s One Room Challenge! I have so much work to do still but I also am getting so excited by the progress and how everything is coming together! This week we completed a BIG part of the project, the wallpaper downstairs! Don’t get too excited though because you don’t get to see it until the final reveal! I’ll share a few fun sneak peeks though this week! I plan on doing a whole post after the challenge wraps up too about wallpaper tips and tricks I picked up this go around and the tools I recommend.

It’s still going to be a sprint to the finish line but I’m finally getting somewhere and finally have some exciting peeks to show you (including WALLPAPER!). One Room Challenge 2021: Week 5- The Regroup Week, Vintage Rugs, Paint Colors, + More!
Welcome to week FIVE of the One Room Challenge. This week was the week of regrouping for me. I had to come to terms with the fact that everything I had planned for the space is just not going to happen in the 8 week timeline as I cannot get any contractors or subs scheduled with how busy everyone is. I want everything done right, and want to use people I trust, so I would rather wait than rush it. I have decided I will do two reveals instead! I will still do a reveal at the end of 8 weeks with a good deal of projects done- wallpaper, upstairs desk area, new dutch door, gallery wall/stair landing feature wall, light fixtures, and a partial (possibly entire) staircase runner.
How to Assemble the Ultimate Summer Burger Board with Kentucky Cattlemen's Beef
I am so excited to partner with Kentucky Cattlemen’s Beef to bring you the Ultimate Summer Burger Board just in time for your summer cookouts and Memorial Day Weekend festivities! Kentucky Cattlemen’s fresh, natural (no artificial ingredients, minimally processed) beef is sourced from Kentucky farm families who share a commitment to animal care and the environment. When you buy Kentucky Cattlemen’s Ground Beef you can feel confident in purchasing a great tasting product while supporting local Kentucky (which I love!). You can truly taste the difference in the quality of this beef, so I was thrilled to feature it on this board.
One Room Challenge 2021: Week 4- Lighting + Upstairs Nook
This week I’ve been focused on the upstairs nook and trying not to panic that we are already HALFWAY through the challenge. I also ordered a wallpaper BUT that is going to be a surprise for you to see later! In the meantime, take a look at some of these fun light fixtures and ideas I have in mind for the upstairs area of the entryway. I have added sections for you to vote for your favorites of each below to help me decide!
