  • 1 lb. Kretschmar Deli roast beef

  • 1 lb. Kretschmar Deli oven roasted turkey breast

  • 1 lb. Kretschmar Deli black forest ham

  • 3-5 types of cheese slices of your choice (about 6 oz. of each) : I used provolone, baby swiss, colby jack, and muenster.

  • mayonnaise

  • yellow mustard

  • stone ground mustard

  • creamy horseradish sauce

  • aioli

  • pimento cheese

  • deli oil dressing

  • 10-12 oz cooked bacon slices

  • banana pepper rings

  • Italian giardiniera

  • 2-3 types of pickles: I used dill pickle chips and garlic pickle spears

  • several types of bread/buns: I used sourdough bread, white bread, whole wheat bread, bakery buns, croissants, and onion buns.

  • red onion, thinly sliced

  • white onion, thinly sliced

  • 2-3 tomatoes, thinly sliced

  • romaine lettuce hearts

  1. I started by placing my bread/buns around the board first since they will take up the most room. I did these around the far corners of the board, leaving space in between all of them.

  2. Next I placed the Krestchmar Deli meats and bacon on the board. For an extra pop of color and to have fun with the sandwich theme, I placed these inside of plastic food baskets with checkered paper liners (this is totally optional!). I layered the ham and turkey in one basket, and the roast beef and bacon in the other basket. I placed each basket inside the buns/bread on opposite ends of the board, angled opposite ways.

  3. The cheeses were placed next and I focused these in the center of the board, layering them in a semi-circle pattern around the bottom of the baskets in two rows.

  4. I placed the sauces and condiments next, placing all the mustards, mayo, giardiniera, and other sauces in small cups/bowls and sprinkling them throughout the board, evenly spaced. I saved my larger small bowls for the yellow mustard, mayo, and pimento cheese and placed those in a line across the middle of the board.

  5. Finally I filled in any remaining holes with my onions, tomatoes, banana peppers, and pickles, layering these in stacks so you can fit a good amount.

  6. To garnish, I filled in the edges with pieces of romaine lettuce as well as a few areas toward the center of the board.
