I had the honor of throwing a baby shower for my very best lifelong friend as she welcomes her first baby! We wanted to choose a cute gender-neutral theme since they chose to be surprised by the gender of the baby- so fun! I started scouring Pinterest and loved the idea of the citrus theme for spring! Clean + Neutral Living Room Shelf Styling + Decor Refresh
I got to use all of my favorite shelf styling basics on this client’s living room shelves refresh last week! We added tons of visual interest to these entertainment center shelves with layers and stacking. I like to start with placing the larger objects and books that I can stack smaller trinkets + frames on or around. Once I have these balanced, I add depth by layering frames and other decor items in front of one another.
