Introducing the Beautiful Home Organizing Challenge! I don’t know about you, but after the New Year I am always in the mood to declutter and reorganize my home. This year, I’m launching this challenge to help us all make sure our homes are functioning well, and are beautiful at the same time. You don’t have to sacrifice style to have a well-organized home! I’m launching the challenge with the playroom. All the new holiday toys and games have to find a home somewhere, so this is the perfect way to jump in! Check out the checklist below to join in. Delicious + Decadent Hot Chocolate Board
To celebrate our 3rd annual hot chocolate week at the Amsden, I had to make another hot chocolate board for y’all! This is such a perfect winter treat full of toppings and treats to pair with your hot chocolate. I got everything for this board from Trader Joe’s and Kroger. This board can serve 8-10 people or more depending on how many toppings everyone wants! You can customize this too with a variety of different desserts and toppings- you definitely do not have to use everything listed or the exact same items either. You can find a list of all the ingredients and instructions for putting this together below!

The Easiest 3 Ingredient Trader Joe's Dinner
This is one of my all time favorite recipes that I’ve shared a lot of different versions of. Any combination of Trader Joe’s Roasted Red Pepper Tomato Soup and Tortellini is delicious! I added kale to this one and topped with Parmesan Crisps and shaved Parmesan (also from Trader Joe’s). This is truly the coziest, perfect winter meal! DIY Vintage Christmas Village Makeover
My favorite DIYs are those that give new life to outdated decorations and vintage pieces. I have had this outdated Christmas village sitting in my garage for years and always have wanted to figure out a way to include it in my Christmas decor as I love the tradition and idea of village sets. This year, while searching for some Christmas decor ideas for the playroom, I had the idea to paint the set in bright colors to match the room. This was so easy and fun and such a great way to update and reuse these old sets. One of my favorite holiday traditions is collecting unique gift wrapping items and going all out with my wrapping each year. My biggest tip for wrapping is to not buy traditional “wrapping stuff”.
