There are a few things I believe are super important to invest in as far as home decor, and bedding is definitely at the top of the list. When you sit back and think about it, this is something you use probably more than just about anything in your home! Not only that, but your sleep is also so important to your overall health- so it's so important to give yourself the most welcoming and comfortable environment for a good night's rest. Over the years, I've tried so many different pieces and methods for making up a cozy bed and I feel like I have finally perfected my technique! Step by Step Plan for an Organized Home: Week 2 | Fridge
After a little break, it's time to resume our organizing challenge! You can catch up on week 1 (kitchen cabinets) here. This week we will be focusing on one of my favorite hobbies organizing the fridge! Now I admit this is truly taking it to another level and may not be for everyone, but I promise it is not a difficult thing to keep up with! I also think it has more benefits than just aesthetics, as you can keep better track of what you have in the fridge and (hopefully) be encouraged to make better choices when snacking and ultimately waste less food. There are two major steps to getting started: 1. a deep clean on the entire fridge, and 2. the organizing phase. Spinach + Feta Quiche
No brunch spread is complete without a quiche! This delicious savory quiche includes a one of my favorite combos: spinach + feta. It's the perfect balance to all the sweet dishes and treats I served at our blogger brunch and was definitely the dish I got the most compliments on! I used a frozen pie crust to make this recipe even quicker and easier, but if you prefer to make your own crust from scratch that's always an option.
