Easy Pantry Pizzas

I wanted to share an easy and favorite recipe that you can easily make using whatever leftovers you may have in your fridge and pantry! There are a couple of options for the crust. I used Trader Joe’s pre-made flatbread pizza crust (available in the bread section). However, Trader Joe’s also has great pizza dough, but it will require an extra step when preparing these pizzas. If you don’t have pizza dough available, you can use any kind of French bread, baguette, flatbread, or naan that you have!

Feel free to customize the ingredients to what you have on hand, but here is what I used for the pizzas shown below.

  • Olive oil and balsamic as a base

  • Mozzarella cheese (I used shredded cheese and a few balls as well - but any kind of Italian cheese will work!)

  • Prosciutto

  • Grated parmesan

  • Arugula (add AFTER baking!)

Add your toppings and then bake at 400-450 degrees for just 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

  • Trader Joe’s bruschetta sauce + Rao’s marinara sauce mixed together for base (use any kind of pasta/marinara/tomato sauce you have!)

  • Trader Joe’s quattro formaggi shredded cheese blend (use any kind of Italian cheese you may have)

  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Prosciutto

  • Banana Peppers (or any kind of pickled peppers)

  • Crumbled Feta

  • Spices (Italian herbs, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper)

  • Arugula (add AFTER baking!)

Add your toppings and then bake at 400-450 degrees for just 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
