I can’t believe I have never thought to make a Kentucky Derby Cheeseboard before, but it’s going to be hard to top! Being born and raised in Kentucky, I wanted to put together a board that showcases all things bluegrass, southern, and delicious! There is no where better to live and eat than Kentucky, and if you don’t believe that, just try this board! This board has it all from hot brown dip to mint julep salsa, bourbon balls to country ham biscuits, benedictine to mini derby pies, and more! I also included lots of different veggies, crackers, and bread options for tons of different dipping and snacking combinations! As always you can totally customize this board, and any of my boards, to fit your guest list and budget and all suggested ingredients can be edited and swapped out easily!

If you’ve been following me for any length of time, you know I absolutely love putting together cheeseboards for any occasion and any holiday! Of course, I also had to put one together for Easter and loved the fun spring colors and foods I was able to incorporate into this one. If you are hosting an Easter gathering for your family or friends, this is a perfect way to serve a variety of snacks and is fairly easy to assemble too. Delicious + Decadent Hot Chocolate Board
To celebrate our 3rd annual hot chocolate week at the Amsden, I had to make another hot chocolate board for y’all! This is such a perfect winter treat full of toppings and treats to pair with your hot chocolate. I got everything for this board from Trader Joe’s and Kroger. This board can serve 8-10 people or more depending on how many toppings everyone wants! You can customize this too with a variety of different desserts and toppings- you definitely do not have to use everything listed or the exact same items either. The holidays is my favorite time to enjoy all the appetizers, especially themed cheeseboards and charcuterie! There are so many different ingredients and combinations for these but this board pretty much has it all! It’s a collection of the best of the best of holiday ingredients, flavors, and colors and makes the most stunning Christmas appetizer or meal!
