Every year I love to give our side porch decor a little refresh for the season including a good deep clean and something new- whether it’s new pillows, a new rug, or just new planters! This year I did a little more than usual, as I had kept things very similar the past few years and was ready for something new! How To Deep Clean Your Porches + Patios to Keep Them Clean + Fresh All Summer
I have been meaning to share my patio cleaning tips and tricks with you all over the past couple of years and finally got the chance to share while in the process! I wanted to share my deep-cleaning tips with you all since I had so many questions about how I clean my porch and keep it looking nice thorughout the summer. I really want this space to feel like an extension of our home and as much like a truly living space as possible but that means I have to work extra hard to keep it clean, free of bugs, and looking fresh!
Summer Patio Refresh
I just completed my yearly patio cleanup and refresh for our side porch this past week. This year it seemed to be even dirtier and more full of leaves and debris than usual, so cleanup was not an easy task. In the process I updated my decor a bit because I like to add a few new things each year to make it feel new! This year I recovered my furniture cushions, added a new rug, as well as a few new pillows and accessories too. I still have a few more finishing touches to add but I wanted to go ahead and share my progress so far and some of my favorite patio pieces.
