Easter Springtime Snack Board

strawberries

green grapes

snap peas

radishes

cucumbers

broccoli

carrots (I found some beautiful multi-colored carrots at Trader Joe’s)

brie (I used triple creme brie from Trader Joe’s )

jelly beans

Hershey’s chocolate eggs (foil wrapped)

one other Easter candy of your choice (I used Dark Chocolate Honey Mints from Trader Joe’s- the turquoise round wrapped candy)

crackers (I used pita bite crackers from Trader Joe’s)

prosciutto

colby cheese cubes

Annie’s white cheddar bunny crackers

hard boiled eggs

Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Ranch or any kind of white dressing for dipping (I used Trader Joe’s Feta dressing)

arugula and chives(for garnish)

  1. Start by placing your dressing bowl in the center and fill with your dressing/dipping sauce; garnish with a few chopped up chives.

  2. Next fill 3 small white dishes/bowls with your candy (each in a different bowl) and evenly space those around the center bowl with plenty of space in between.

  3. Add the brie wedge next, directly in between two of the candy dishes.

  4. To the right of the brie, add your carrots. You may need to cut them up a little into bite size pieces depending on which variety you get.

  5. On the other side of your brie, add the strawberries, slicing each in half and leaving the leaves on.

  6. Next moving clockwise around the board, add you crackers, arranging them around your candy dish and filling from the edge of the board to the center dish.

  7. Next add the broccoli, then the hard boiled eggs- slicing each in half then sprinkling with Everything Bagel seasoning.

  8. Next add prosciutto, then grapes, then colby cheese (arranging that around the next candy dish).

  9. Radishes are up next (cut these into thin slices), then snap peas, then the bunny crackers!

  10. Finally slice your cucumber and add those around the final candy dish which should be right next to the carrots.

  11. Finish by filling any wholes and edges with fresh arugula and sprinkling a bit throughout.

  12. Share + enjoy!
