Giant Easter Grazing Board
Every holiday deserves an extra large grazing board - and Easter is no exception! While I created this board for a “Hoppy 1st Birthday” party for my friend’s little boy - it would be perfect for any Easter gathering! I love how beautiful this board turned out; it was the perfect mix for snacking with lots of veggies! I also added extra fun touches with Easter candies like the Peeps and milk-chocolate carrots.
You can find all the ingredients and instructions listed below! Also, check out my Giant Spring Grazing Board by clicking here!

I started by creating the base with a couple of different large boards, a couple of cake plates/tiers for height, and some produce baskets for bread/crackers. I put napkins in these before adding the bread and crackers on top.
Next, I placed the largest items throughout the board, evenly spacing everything so they were in different spots across the board- the bowls, meats, cheeses, and bowls of dips were the main items I placed first. I used bowls for the spinach dip, milk chocolate carrots, honey, and dip.
Prep all your food. Slice and wash fruits and veggies. I usually like to cut everything into bite-sized pieces but leave a chunk of each item for variety so you can see the different colors/textures.
Next, place the largest sliced fruits/veggies first, again evenly spacing items so that colors/textures aren’t next to each other. Save the smaller items for the end to fill in your smaller areas and odd spaces (candies and nuts are great space fillers!).
Continue to work around the board, distributing different colors in each zone. I save the nuts for last because they fill tiny spaces perfectly.
Finish with fresh kale, dill, and parsley as a garnish, sprinkling throughout, especially on the edges and ENJOY!
