Easy Easter Bunny Veggie + Cheese Board

You know I am a lover all of the cheeseboards, especially if they are holiday themed! This Easter Bunny Veggie + Cheese board is a super fun and easy way to celebrate the season. You can use all your favorite fruits, veggies, cheese, and crackers to create the cutest bunny. I also like to include my favorite Spinach Parmesan Artichoke dip, too!

I used cucumbers, olives, and strawberries to create the sweet bunny's face - and in the center, I like to use pita crackers for the ears!

You can really customize with your own favorites or what you have in your pantry, but I will list mine below! Also, be sure to check out my Giant Easter Grazing Board by clicking here! You can also find this recipe and many more on my Spring Recipe Roundup, here!

  • Italian Bread Boule (I used the 7oz size!)

  • Carrots

  • Green grapes

  • Snow peas

  • Celery sticks

  • Cherry Tomato’s

  • Golden Berries

  • Annie’s White Cheddar Bunnies

  • Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies

  • Broccoli

  • Strawberries

  • Cucumber

  • Cheese Cubes (I like Cheddar and Colby Jack!)

  • Spinach Parmesan Artichoke Dip

    For the Ears:

  • Pita Crackers

    For the Face:

  • Thinly Sliced Cucumber (for the whiskers)

  • Olives (for the eyes)

  • Have a strawberry (for the nose).

For this particular cheese board, I like to use a circl platter/board!

  1. Start by cutting a hole in your bread bowl to fit a small bowl (you can put it directly into the bread, but I’ve found that it keeps the bread from getting soggy if you use a bowl!)

  2. Fill your bowl with the Spinach Parmesan Artichoke dip.

  3. Create a face using olives for the eyes and mouth, sliced cucumbers for the whiskers, and a halved strawberry (cut vertically) for the nose.

  4. Using pita crackers, create the ears by lining them up from the tip of the bread bowl to the edge of the circular platter/board.

  5. Next, I start to add in the veggies/fruits/cheeses. I like to start with color and work around to create balance - I usually start with green - adding my broccoli, celery, cucumbers, grapes, and snow peas.

  6. Next, I added in my orange and red colored veggies - the carrots, golden berries, tomatoes, and strawberries!

  7. Last, I fill in any gaps with my smaller items - the cheese cubes and Annie’s bunny crackers.

  8. Enjoy!
