My Kitchen Refresh with Wow 1 Day Painting Lexington

I have been scheming on giving my kitchen a little refresh over the last year and with the new year kicking off, I was itching for a new house project! I enjoyed working with Wow 1 Day Painting Lexington so much last year and was thrilled to work with them again on this project. Since last working with them, they have added a slew of new services including trimwork, carpentry, drywall repair, framing, flooring, and more!

Paint Colors Used: Carriage Door by Sherwin Williams (beadboard)

Tea Stain by Valspar (upper trim, upper walls, ceiling)

I had been considering adding some trimwork to this space for a while and wanted to paint it a more dramatic color so add some depth and warmth to the space. Overall my goal is to take this kitchen from the very industrial modern farmhouse look into more of a vintage cottage feel overall! I am planning to do this through lots of small changes, while still keeping most of the main items like tile, layout, appliances, flooring, etc.! I was so thrilled that Wow 1 Day Painting would be able to take on the entire project including adding the beadboard, trim, and painting everything. They also painted all the trim, upper walls, and ceiling including repairing lots of damaged spots, cracks, and holes, and making everything look brand new!

Not only did they help me with this painting project in my kitchen, but while they were here, I was able to mark SO many pesky tasks off my list. Our front door had been a little off center and was not closing and locking properly, and wasn’t properly sealed either, and they were able to fix that right up, and then touch up all the paint on it too! I also had a couple built-ins and cabinets that had doors that weren’t closing properly and needed some repairs and they were able to fix up all of those too! Finally we had a few gaps on our ceiling can lights in the kitchen where the drywall didn’t meet properly and they were able to repair that drywall as well. It was so nice to be able to have bgr43q all of these projects, small and big, taken care of by one team that I could totally trust within just a couple days!
