My Entryway Refresh with Wow 1 Day Painting Lexington
My entryway is FINALLY the color that it was meant to be, thanks to the amazing team at Wow 1 Day Painting Lexington! I have always meant to paint the trim and walls in here since I took on this project in 2021 for the One Room Challenge (check it out here!), but it was one of those things that just never happened!
Well, almost two years later and Wow 1 Day Painting Lexington came to my rescue ready to tackle this project for me! I began with an initial consultation the owner, Edward, where he looked at the space, got all the details on what I was wanting, took measurements, and provided me with a quote on the spot. After I approved the quote, they were able to fit me in SO quickly, within days, which was another added bonus! I provided them with the paint colors and they purchased the paint for me and brought all paint and supplies when they arrived (again, they could not have made this easier!). They spent time prepping the space, moving furniture, and covering the floors and anything else in the way. Once they started painting, they followed my instructions perfectly and asked me for detailed feedback so they could do touch-ups before leaving — which I love! This is a huge space with two levels and tons of detail work on the trim and they did indeed knock it out in a full day!
We went with the color Shale Blue by Valspar paint on all the trim in a semi-gloss and then the same color at 75% in a satin on all the walls and ceiling! Click here to see a video with more views of the entire space!
