Mustard Burgers with Crispy Fried Goat Cheese + Apricot Onion Jam
Grilling season is officially here! I set out to make a super simple burger, but ended up making the most extra but delicious burger ever! This burger is seasoned with a delicious mix of two different mustards and Worcestershire sauce, giving it such amazing flavor. It’s layered up with mayo, fresh arugula, a crispy fried goat cheese round, and a tangy and slightly sweet apricot onion jam. The combination of flavors and textures is just perfect.
My 5 Favorite Low-Maintenance Houseplants
I love to use houseplants throughout my home to add a little color and texture to my decor. Unfortunately, so many people are afraid of trying real plants because they are SO worried about killing them and wasting their money. Trust me, I’ve killed my fair share of plants and am definitely a lazy plant owner, but through much trial and error, I’ve figured out the best plants to use that require hardly any maintenance. I’m highlighting 5 of my very favorites below and many of these also work in low-light areas too! Most of these houseplants are nearly impossible to kill (and can even be revived if you *think* you’ve killed them!) and you’ll only be watering about once a week and that’s it!

Shop Gathered Baby + Child Now!
I’m so excited to share with you a sneak peek at Gathered Living Baby + Child! I have been working hard to get this first collection together which will include the cutest little baby clothes for spring and summer, both new and vintage! Most importantly, a portion of every single sale will be donated to a local organization that helps provide pregnancy and labor support and postpartum care to single mothers and mothers in need. This is something that has been on my heart since giving birth to JW, and I hope we will be able to help many moms and families!
How to Build a Cheeseboard Themed Easter Basket
Who says Easter baskets should only be for kids? I partnered with Kroger to put together the perfect adult Easter basket that anyone would love- a cheeseboard Easter basket! It contains everything you need for a beautiful and delicious cheeseboard- from the meat and cheese, to nuts and fruit, and even a board, wine, and napkins! I especially love that this basket is so perfect for gifting to anyone on your list- male or female, young or old; friends, neighbors, co-workers, moms, dads, siblings, husbands, or hostesses! The recipient can totally enjoy and snack on the basket on their own, share it with friends and family, or even use it for a ready-to-go Easter brunch appetizer! You can customize this completely based on your tastes and style but I’ve listed everything I used in mine below to get you started.
