Galentine's Day Sip + Shop This Sunday!

We had so much fun with this event last year and this year we have even more specials and activites planned for all ages. Join us here at The Amsden to learn the art of chalkboard lettering + design! Do you have an old chalkboard at home that really needs some TLC but you just don’t know where to start?! Kenzie Spring of Not Just Spring Designs, will be giving tips and tricks to making the cutest chalkboard signs, teaching faux lettering while also providing attendees with her favorite tools to practice and continue learning the basics + more!
My Baby Essentials from Amazon
When you’re expecting your first baby, putting together a baby registry is such a daunting task! I had no idea what I needed and felt SO overwhelmed with all the choices out there. I ended up registering at a few different places but Amazon was by far my favorite! I would highly recommend doing a baby registry with Amazon because of the vast variety of items available and how easy it is to put together. They have anything and everything you could want and the prices are usually much cheaper than other stores. I also was amazed at how many cute clothes, decor, and accessories they had available. I wanted to share my favorite items I received from our registry that we use everyday! Our portable sound machine, diaper bag backpack, and owlet heart rate monitor are just a few of my everyday essentials that I would recommend to every first time mom.

The Amsden Coffee Club, Amsden Bourbon Bar, and Rolling Oven Taproom will each be offering a different brunch beverage and food item. You can stroll from place to place at your leisure, in any order, and sample them all! Your ticket covers your food and drink at all three locations during the event. Valentine's Day is just around the corner- make your gifting a little easier by letting us put together a beautiful custom floral arrangement for you! Whether you want to surprise that special someone or just treat yourself, we have several options available from bouquets and arrangements to monthly floral subscriptions! For bouquets, you can choose from 5-10 stems, all wrapped in kraft paper + tissue with a coordinating ribbon. All floral arrangements include a unique vintage jar or vase that will perfectly coordinate with your arrangement (choose from 5-15 stems). And our fresh flower subscriptions allow you to gift a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery of a 10 stem arrangement with vase for one flat monthly fee! All packages include local delivery and a perfectly arranged presentation that is sure to impress!

Sheetpan Short Rib Nachos
Superbowl Sunday is just around the corner and one of my favorite football-watching foods has always been nachos! When it comes to nachos, the more toppings, the better! These sheetpan nachos have it all: shredded shortribs, peppers, black beans, pico and guacamole, plenty of cheese, and they’re topped with a cool + tangy lime cilantro crema. We used short ribs from Kentucky Darling Meats, a local father-daughter duo who raises antibiotic-free beef that is pasture raised and grain finished in Stanford, Kentucky. They were so kind to gift us with a meat bundle and we have been so impressed with how good all the beef has been! They have tons of beef + meat bundles available and they can ship even if you aren’t local (visit their website here for more information)! The short ribs were such a perfect topping for these nachos- they have amazing flavor but also are so fall-apart-tender that they are easy to eat as well.
