Fall Decor Combinations For Every Style

Even though I’ve been in fall mode for a while, it’s finally OFFICIALLY fall! Today I’ve rounded up some of my favorite fall pieces and put them together by style to help you visualize your fall home decor. Fall decor doesn’t have to be pumpkins or plaid- a home refresh this time of year can be as simple as swapping out a few brighter pieces for warmer tones and textures. These little moodboards are perfect for helping you visualize these pieces together and how they could be incorporated into your own home decor based on your style! Which style is your favorite? Fall Home Tour 2019: Bright + Cozy Autumn Porch

Today I’m sharing a new space on my home tour that I usually don’t deck out for the holidays. We spend so much time on our side porch in the fall so I decided to add a few autumn touches this year! I kept it pretty simple, just adding a few cute pumpkins here and there in colors that would match the existing fabrics and colors out here. I also added a fall wreath to the tobacco basket, some pinecone garland on the blanket ladder, and updated the stems in the jar on my ottoman to something more fallish. One of my favorite touches was adding the pumpkins to the macrame plant holders! Such an easy way to continue to use these into fall, even when it may be too chilly outside for your plants! You can shop my decor and similar pieces linked for you below!

Fall Home Tour 2018: Halloween Mudroom

The amount of Halloween decor I’ve collected over the years is seriously getting out of control. Over the past several years, I’ve transitioned to doing more autumn and fall themed decor and less Halloween because it’s easy to fit in with my everyday decor and I can keep it up for a little longer after October is over if needed. I still LOVE breaking out a little bit of classic Halloween and/or spooky decor though and usually add it to just one or two spaces for late October in my house. For the last couple of years, I’ve added it to my existing porch decor for the last half of October and to greet trick or treaters (see last year’s Halloween porch here!). Last year I also did a haunted/spooky room in Alex’s office downstairs (you can find photos of that here).
