Vintage + Industrial Masculine Office Design
This recent vintage industrial office space was right up my alley! We started with a completely empty room minus the drafting table desk and transformed this spare bedroom into the coolest vintage, industrial office space! Full of vintage and antique items, custom shelving, lots of metals and woods, and pops of color- this is such a unique space with so much character!
I wanted to make the back wall stand out as a feature wall so we added black grasscloth wallpaper underneath some custom industrial shelving (done by MK Farmhouse Furniture). I was able to find a desk/console table that fit perfectly underneath the shelves and added to the built-in look of this wall. The walls were already a great shade of neutral grey so we modernized the space a bit more by just painting the trim dark- Urbane Bronze by Sherwin Williams. This added a nice contrast and definitely fit in with the industrial vibe.
This vintage-look rug adds just the right amount of rich colors which I also sprinkled through with some fun accessories like vintage globes, metal filing boxes, and antique books.
