Easy Dessert Charcuterie Spread
If you’ve been following me for a while, you know I love putting together charcuterie boards for parties and events! I just put together a post about the giant charcuterie spread here, that I created for this client’s graduation open house. We also put together a fun, summery dessert board to pair with it so I wanted to share the details of that as well! I have shared a couple similar dessert boards on here before (here + here) and this is my favorite way to serve dessert for a party or event (so easy and no baking required!). Find all the ingredients and instructions for this one below!

Start by selecting a large wooden board and layering wax paper, parchment paper, or another type of paper on the board. You could also lay the items on the plain cutting board, but the paper keeps it from sticking as much and makes it appear cleaner.
Start by placing larger items first. In this board I layered dessert bread, cupcakes, and cookies as my first layer. You could use banana bread, pumpkin bread, lemon pound cake, and any size and flavor of cupcakes and cookies. I like to choose an overall color/theme before shopping so the entire board looks cohesive. Use different colors and textures and angle them in different directions for visual interest.
Next, I like to mix in desserts that are slightly savory. In this board, I used some white chocolate covered pretzels, but you could use plain pretzels, dark chocolate covered pretzels, chocolate covered nuts, or anything that will add a slightly salty flavor on the board.
To finish it off, I layer berries around the outside of the board and in any “holes” in the middle of the board. Dried fruit, peaches, or pears would also work well! Then I also add greenery around the outside of the board. Eucalyptus is my favorite and is what I used here!
I also made single serve pound cake and fruit cups layered with whipped cream. These are great for grab and go at parties and socializing!
This is so easy to do and can be customized in so many ways! Customize it based on the season, a color scheme for a party, or a certain food theme or cuisine.
