Holiday Home Tour 2019: Front Porch
I have always loved decking out my outdoor spaces just as much as the interior of my home for the holidays! Our front porch is the perfect setting for all the lights, trees, and fresh garland! I generally do a similar set up every year, using lots of skinny trees of all different sizes, clear white lights, and simple fresh wreaths and garlands. One of my tricks for decorating around the doorway is layering a fresh garland on top of a pre-lit fake garland. It gives you an overall thicker and more lush look and the pre-lit garland gives you a good base to work with. This year I also placed all my skinny trees in different vintage planters and buckets. Stacked firewood is another great way to add a cozy touch to your porch on a budget- whether you fill an old bucket or use a firewood holder like me. You can shop all my porch decor linked below!
