Weekend Wardrobe: Fall Overalls

Overalls have always been one of my wardrobe staples.  They continue to go in and out of style, but I continue to wear them no matter what.  They are just so practical and have such a classic vintage look that I love.  This year they are popping up in so many different stores and I love the idea of layering them up for fall!  Target has a very affordable, and surprisingly well-fitting pair in stores now (choose from black or classic denim).  I paired them with my favorite white v-neck tee, also from Target, which is the perfect slightly-slouchy, everyday tee (I have it in several colors).  I grabbed a worn-in vintage flannel for layering but just tied it around my waist.  I don't think I've done that since about 5th grade, but apparently all the 90's trends are back! It ended up being the perfect outfit for a Sunday afternoon of walking the dogs, farmer's market trips, and errands.
