Weekend Wardrobe: Bright + Bloomin'

What's better than a floral on floral photoshoot?  Getting to shoot inside one of my favorite hidden gems, Pemberton's Greenhouses, was just magical.  Sarah Grashel Photography did such an amazing job as usual at capturing the entire space.  My favorite vintage pieces or outfits always end up being those that people mistake for being brand new.  It is so true that our trends are constantly being recycled from the past, and that's what makes wearing vintage so fun!  All the main components of this outfit were found in thrift stores or garage sales. This amazing floral midi dress, that just happened to fit perfectly, was found at the thrift store for less than $5.  I picked up this 60's tooled leather clutch years ago at an estate sale for a couple of dollars. This purse style has become really trendy again with the popularity of bohemian/festival styles lately.  The woven leather flats I also found at the thrift store for a couple bucks, and I love the strappy, modern details.  As always, I like to mix new elements in with the vintage.  This body chain from Forever21 is the perfect way to add some edge to super sweet dresses, prints, or tops.  It instantly makes any outfit look more modern and unique.  I can't forget to mention my all-time favorite vintage milkglass fruit charm bracelet that just hapened to match the colors of the dress perfectly.
