Snowman Veggie Board

It seriously does not get easier than this snowman veggie board! Just slice your favorite veggies (or buy them pre-sliced to make it even easier!) and arrange around your favorite dips! This appetizer would be so cute served before Christmas dinner, and is perfect to bring to any holiday gathering this season! This recipe is super easy, requires no cooking, and is perfect for when you need to prepare something festive and fast!

  • Sliced veggies (carrots, celery, tomatoes, broccoli, sugar peas, cucumbers, mini bell peppers, any thing will work!)

  • Cauliflower florets (for the largest bowl!)

  • Dips of your choosing (I did a ranch dip and spinach/artichoke dip)

  • Sliced black olives and a baby carrot to make the snowman’s face

  • Three bowls of different sizes (small, medium, large)

  1. Cut up (or purchase pre-cut) your assorted veggies. I used sugar peas, tomatoes, broccoli, carrots and celery.

  2. Transfer your favorite dips into two bowls, one smaller than the other. You can make your own tried-and-true favorite dip, or purchase a pre-made option from the store. I used a ranch dip and then a Spinach Artichoke and Parmesan dip.

  3. Put your cauliflower into a separate bowl, larger than the other two,

  4. Arrange three bowls from smallest to largest to make the shape of a snowman. Arrange veggies around the bowls.

  5. Using sliced olives and a baby carrot, make the face and buttons of your snowman. That’s it! So easy and cute for the holidays!
