Delicious + Easy Fall Brunch Board Featuring Trader Joe's Favorites
I’m not typically a big breakfast eater, but there’s something about fall that makes me want all the cozy brunch and breakfast foods! I put together this giant fall brunch board mostly to feature some of my favorite Trader Joe’s fall items I had picked up this season. It includes everything from bagels to pumpkin pancakes, pumpkin cinnamon rolls, croissants, fruit. bacon, eggs, muffins, and all the fixings you need to top all of them! This is such an easy way to serve a crowd on the weekend (perfect for an early tailgate meal!) or also so fun for a big family meal too! Find all the ingredients and instructions for putting this one together below!

pumpkin cinnamon rolls (Trader Joe's)
fig butter
apple butter
apple cider jam (Trader Joe's)
apples (red and green)
plums
oranges
croissants
bagels
hard boiled eggs
mini muffins
bacon
butter
syrup
pumpkin pancakes (used Trader Joe's mix)
pumpkin cream cheese (Trader Joe's) also had half regular cream cheese in that bowl
kale (for garnish)
brie (I used a cookie cutter to cut out leaf shape then filled with apple cider jam)
I started by placing the largest items first and spacing them far apart throughout the board. For me this was the cinnamon rolls, bagels, and croissants.
Next I placed any items that needed to be put in bowls evenly spaced throughout the board: cream cheese, butter, jams, and syrup (I used a mini glass pitcher for this).
I added the brie next in the center and used a fall leaf cookie cutter to cut out the shape inside (pushing it about halfway through the brie, then carefully removing). I filled the inside of the shape with some apple cider jam.
Next I added the bacon, eggs (sliced in half), mini muffins, and pancakes, filling in the larger gaps throughout the board- again trying to space out like colors/textures throughout.
Finally I added to fruit last, since it is the most colorful and cut into smaller pieces so I was able to squeeze it in smaller holes throughout.
I added a couple mini white pumpkins at the end and some kale to garnish throughout.
Don’t forget to add some spoons/knives in the bowls/jams to help spread and serve those items.
