County Fair

Last week I became a true Versailles resident by attending my first Woodford County Fair, in full vintage style of course.  I have dreamed of a fun retro fair/carnival photo shoot for years, so Sarah Dunn and I headed to the fair and she worked her magic.  The combination of all the bright colors, kitschy signage, and summer sunset made for some pretty amazing photos and we had so much fun exploring the fair together.  Dressing for the fair means all the gingham, bright colors, and kitschy prints you can possibly throw together, which is basically my dream.  The fair had all the charm of a small Kentucky town and I can't wait to return again next year!
