Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk Quick Bread
Going into Williams Sonoma is a dangerous move for me because I always want to buy EVERYTHING! My dream is to have a pantry filled with shelves of all their baking mixes, spices. oils, and beautifully packages items. I had been eyeing this pumpkin loaf pan for a couple of years now and decided I just had to get it this year! I do not have the patience for serious baking so this is a great way for me to make something pretty with little to no work! Of course they had samples of this delicious pumpkin chocolate chunk quick bread while I was in the store and I ended up grabbing a bag of that mix too! Even better, right now all pumpkin items at Williams Sonoma are 20% off- so there's no excuse not to try this super easy fall treat!
All you need is:
1 package of Williams Sonoma Pumpkin Chocolate Chunk quick bread mix
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 stick of butter (melted-plus some more for greasing the pan)
Williams Sonoma Nordic Ware Pumpkin loaf pan (optional)
Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grease your loaf pan well (this will ensure that your quick bread comes out easily and beautifully without any imperfections). I used a stick of butter to rub down the inside of the pan thoroughly and then brushed it additionally with some melted butter.
Add all your ingredients to a large mixing bowl together (I used my stand mixer to make the recipe even easier!)
Mix your ingredients thoroughly using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or just a mixing spoon! Your batter should be creamy with no lumps when you are done.
Pour your batter into your greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes (you can be sure it's done when an inserted toothpick comes out clean).
Let your bread cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before you flip it over on a wire rack (this is an essential step to your bread coming out of the pan perfectly!).
Isn't it beautiful?! This pumpkin bread is so rich and moist and makes a perfect breakfast or dessert! I love the addition of the chocolate chunks- they surprisingly don't make it too sweet and really balance out the pumpkin flavor. The pan was a breeze to use and I had no problems with the bread slipping right out after baking and cooling. I can't wait to try some more recipes in it, but this quick bread is definitely a go-to from now on whenever I need a quick , easy, and delicious fall dessert!
