 Frequently Asked Questions

  • No, when you sign up for a membership we will collect household information to keep on file. If you purchase a 3 child membership, you are only allowed to keep 3 children on file for your household. The same applies for 1 and 2 child memberships.

  • Reservations are not required for any guest, but are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not book a session and decide to walk-in, you may have to wait if we are at capacity, even if you are a member. Being a member does not allow you to skip a wait list. Please plan ahead and book your sessions online before arriving, to ensure you can play!

  • Yes! We will add any additional caregivers to your membership household, upon request. They will be permitted to bring your child/children that are listed as active members at anytime.

    They may choose to bring other non-member children as well, but the standard $12 play admission will apply for each non-member child.

  • Bring a friend along! Guest passes allow you to share the joy of play with non-members. Each Membership includes one free guest pass each month your membership is active- that’s 12 guest passes for an annual membership! To book a reservation using a guest pass, use coupon code “member”.

  • Please choose the “Open Play- Child” reservation option, select the correct quantity for the amount of children that will be attending and the correct day/time. Click “Redeem Coupon” at the bottom of the checkout page and use code “MEMBER”. Memberships will be checked at checkin, to ensure they are valid and up-to-date. If you booked with the code “MEMBER” and do not have a valid membership, you will be charged the normal admission fee of $12/child, at check-in.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Timeframe. Play sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least one hour before the scheduled appointment time. Reservations cancelled or rescheduled less than one hour before scheduled appointment time are not eligible for credit or any type of refund. Reservations can be managed, cancelled and rescheduled from the customer confirmation email.

    Cancelled Play Sessions. In the event of a reservation cancellation, a credit will be applied to your customer account in the amount of your original purchase. The credit can be used to book a future play session. Play sessions must be cancelled at least one hour before the reservation start time in order to receive a credit. Credit will be applied to the customer account within 2 business days from the cancellation time. Customers will be notified via email once the credit has been applied to their account.

    Rescheduled Play Sessions. Play sessions can be rescheduled up to one hour before the appointment start time. Customers may reschedule appointments as many times as they wish, so long as they reschedule one hour or more before the appointment start time.

    No refunds. Credits are applicable only toward future fees for use of the service and are not convertible into cash or any type of refund.
