Join us for a family-fun weekend celebrating the rich rail history & heritage in Woodford County, KY! We'll have tons of activities and tours available throughout both days so you can build your own experience and explore all our Woodford County train activities at your leisure!

Activities include:

-Bluegrass Rail Museum & Train Rides: Saturday ONLY at 11am & 2pm (allow for 2 hours on this experience) Please buy tickets in advance on their website.

-Nostalgia Station & Toy Train Museum
$5 adults, $4 seniors, $1.50 kids; Walk-ins welcomed. Open Saturday and Sunday (Aug 27 & 28) 10-5pm

-Trackless Train Rides, Face Painting, + Food Trucks: Come ride a free train ride for kids at Huffman Pavilion at the County Park on August 27 & 28, 1pm-4pm. Food trucks including: Eckert's Orchard, J&T Italian Ice.

-Train Story time: The Little Engine That Could with Emily Riddle at Huffman Pavilion on Sat, Aug 27th at 1pm

-Kids Outdoor Thomas the Train Movie Night: Free event to attend. Bring your own seating. Seating opens at 8pm, movie starts at sundown! Court Street (outside the Amsden) in Downtown Versailles.

-Library Story Time: Sat. Aug 27th at 11am Chug along with great train crafts, stories and music. Jump aboard the library train and visit stations in imagination land! Woodford County Library, Versailles Branch location

-Train Children's Book Fair at the Amsden- FREE kid's train toy with any purchase all weekend, while supplies last (one per child)!

-Eat at Old Train Station, Ricardo's!
Also in walking distance are: The Amsden (Coffee Shop), Amsden Bourbon Bar, Rollin Oven Pizza, Spark Cafe, Spotz elato, Kristen's Kreations (Bakery), or Mrs. Roger's Popcorn and Sweet Shoppe.

-Grab a FREE scoop of icecream at Railway Drug + Soda Fountain in Midway Saturday 9AM-1PM.

-Midway Museum & Visitors Center:
Open Saturdays 11-5pm & Sundays 1-5pm; Walk-ins welcomed.

-Midway Train Walking Tour- Free, Allow for 1.5 hours for this tour. Book your tour through the Midway Museum by calling (859) 846-4214.
