Easy Spring Rainbow Snack Mix for St. Patrick's Day

Admittedly I am NOT a fan (at all!) of St. Patrick’s Day, BUT I do love spring colors and rainbows, so I decided to put my own twist on a fun St. Patrick’s Day snack mix! Like my other snack mixes, this one is a delicious sweet and salty mix perfect for the whole family or a party! You can enjoy this one all spring long and it will definitely brighten up your table or kitchen so much! Find all the ingredients and simple instructions for putting this one together below!

All you have to do to make this snack mix is pour all the ingredients below into an extra large bowl and then mix up! You can adjust the amounts of each to your liking! I usually use an entire back but that makes a HUGE amount that would be ideal for a party, treat bags, or sharing! Cut that in half if just making it for your own family! I have linked all the items to where you can purchase but feel free to sub any similar items in that you please!

Popcorn of your choice (I used SkinnyPop)

Salted peanuts

Lucky Charms cereal

Froot Loops cereal

Yogurt covered pretzels- strawberry, regular , blueberry (I was able to find 3 different flavors/colors in the Easter section of my grocery (Kroger) but you could also make your own by dipping in white chocolate/yogurt and food coloring like this recipe!)

Rainbow sprinkles

Easter colored M&M’s

White Cheddar cheeseballs (I used Planter’s brand but these + these would also work!)
