My 10 Most Popular Posts of the Year

I always love looking through my blog analytics at the end of the year to see what posts were the most popular and what you loved most in the past year! This year there was a good mix of design, recipes, and home decor projects, as well as some home decor round-ups. My round-ups actually ended being two of the top three posts, so I definitely hope to do more of those in the coming year. You can find a list of the top 10 posts below as well as links back to the original posts if you missed them (click on the title or any of the photos to take you there too!). Let me know if your favorite was included and what kind of posts you would like to see more of this year!

You can find my post popular posts of 2018 here too!

It’s no surprise to me that this post was popular because I feel like everyone has battled with ugly ceiling fan options. I rounded up some great modern options that would work for a variety of home decor styles. Click here to see the full post + to shop them all!

This guest bedroom was one of my favorite projects of the year and yours too! Just about every single item is from Target and was super affordable from the furniture down to the bedding. I linked everything in the same post so that you could easily duplicate the same look yourself. Find the full post here.

If you’ve been following a while you know I love all things floral print AND I love wallpaper. I am always keeping a round up of my favorite floral wallpapers in my back pocket because if it was up to me, every room in my home would have a different floral wallpaper! This post has over 50 and they’re all amazing, most are super affordable too. Find the full post here.

This was by far my most popular recipe of the year, and one that I had a ton of followers send me photos of them making. I had no idea when I made this that so many people would love it and try to make it themselves. It was a little more complicated than my usual recipes but still pretty easy! Find the full post + recipe here.

John Woodford’s nursery reveal was another top post of the year. I shared links to everything I used throughout, paint colors, and all the details of the space. This room is constantly evolving as he grows but the staples are still things we use everyday. Find the full post here.

Fall is always one of my favorite times to cook and I’ve shared so many great fall recipes over the years that I decided to do one big round up of them all this year! I included every single fall recipe I’ve ever shared since starting my blog in this post with links to the original posts and recipes.

I still get comments and questions about this entryway refresh quite often. I think this style is something a lot of people are wanting to move toward for their homes, more modern and simple. Again this was overall pretty budget friendly with most items coming from Target and At Home. I linked everything in the post for you to shop if you want to duplicate the same look!

For those that hate baking but love desserts, like me, this is the perfect entertaining option. So easy but also a showstopping presentation! I purchased everything ready-made at the grocery and just cut things up and arranged! Find the full post with instructions and ingredients here.

I originally put this together for one of my workshops but decided it would make a good post to reference back to as well. I share lots of shelf styling inspiration photos, tips and tricks for mastering your own shelf styling, and a printable guide that sums everything up for you in one spot! Find the full post and printable guide here.

This was definitely one of the most fun posts to put together and no surprise to me that it was one of the most popular of the year. I had been saving tons of these kid’s holiday food ideas for years and it was so fun to put them all together in one spot for Halloween. These also make some great ideas for school lunches too.
