     I believe I might have tracked down the cutest little dress to ever exist under $25!  Off-the-shoulder, pom-pom trim, + embroidery all in one easy breezy, perfect summer dress, from where else, Target (of course!).  This little number comes in two sizes (S/M or L/XL); I got the S/M but the sizing is pretty forgiving either way, as it has super stretchy elastic at the shoulders and is pretty open everywhere else. This would be a little too short for me if it wasn't worn off the shoulders, so double check the length if you are a little taller!  I just love the linen-like material, summery trim + details, AND it's one of the few off-the-shoulder dresses I've worn that actually stays in place and I'm not constantly tugging on!    Scoop this one up while your size is still available!  They've been selling out super quick in-stores, but they are still available online here!  I've also linked it at the end of this post for you to shop along with the rest of my outfit details!
