Fixer Upper Friday: The Worm House

Happy Fixer Upper Friday!  "The Worm House" of last week's episode began as a long and plain, very "blah" ranch home.   Chip and Joanna were able to transform this farmhouse completely and add so much warmth and dimension both inside and out!  The overall style had a very rustic, European feel with lots of light distressed wood, bright white, and linen tones.  Find more details on this makeover here and take a look at the amazing before + after (above and below).

By far my absolute favorite space in this renovation was the gorgeous living room that was the perfect mix of rustic and modern!  The space feels so clean + bright, but also has classic farmhouse elements like the distressed beams,  linen furniture, and reclaimed coffee table.   The entire space is super neutral, except for the printed rug with adds just the right amount of interest and pattern to the design!  I've linked similar furniture picks + rugs below to help you achieve this same look:

I love the European flair of this room and also the modern touches, like the graphic black and white collection of frames/art on top of the mantle.  The giant white arched fireplace definitely has a slightly Spanish, or French countryside feel and I love the character it adds to the room.  I've linked similar accessories including frames, planters, baskets, and more below to help you duplicate this same style:

The overall styling of the living room is super cozy but pretty minimal.  Simple touches like neutral, textured pillows, an open antique book, and an antique pitcher filled with flowers make the space feel complete but not cluttered.  Shop similar picks below for replicating this same look:
