Total Body HIIT

     This is a killer workout that will work your entire body AND get plenty of cardio in, in under 20 minutes!  Each set starts and ends with a complex move that works your entire body and gets your heart rate way up (thrusters, surrenders, burpees, and MAN MAKERS-you'll have a love-hate, mostly hate, relationship with these).  The complex move is followed by one arm move and then an ab move.  Your heart rate will come back down a little during those moves but immediately go back up when you start the man makers.  This cycle allows you to burn max calories the entire workout, and keep burning throughout the rest of the day.  Find the workout above and get all the details below!

AMRAP stands for "as many rounds as possible."  Repeat each set of 4 moves as many times as you can in 6 minutes, try to keep moving the entire time.  Take up to 1 minute break if needed in between each set.  Click on any of the moves below for a quick how-to demonstration or more details:
