Favorite Crockpot Meals

The crockpot is one of my favorite ways to cook, especially in the cold winter months!  It's the simplest and quickest way to whip up healthy and super flavorful recipes with minimum prep.  I can't recommend my All-clad slow cooker enough (from Williams Sonoma).  It has a cast-iron insert that can easily go from the stovetop into the slow cooker or from slow cooker to oven too.  It also looks SO pretty, and both the lid and insert can be dishwashed!  I usually use mine at least once a week- you can check out some of my favorite recipes to make in it below!

Ribs seem like a complicated dish but they are actually so easy to cook in the crockpot!  I love this recipe because the red wine sauce is a delicious alternative to the usual barbecue sauce rib recipes, and I actually like the flavor way better!

Still probably one of my most used recipes- we eat this almost once a week!  The easiest and most flavorful beef you can make, and from sandwiches to salads, there's so many different ways to serve it!  We usually eat it by itself with horseradish sauce for dipping and a side of veggies or salad.

Another versatile dish that you can serve as traditional tacos, or a taco salad for a lower-carb option.  This beef is out-of-control good and practically melts in your mouth!  The addition of some fresh pico salsa really brightens up the flavor too!

Crockpot recipes don't get much easier than this!  This is a nice alternative to the usual chili recipes and has black beans + corn, as well as chicken instead of beef.  It's also SUPER low calorie if you skip all the toppings, at around 300 calories a bowl.

via Paleo Pot

A super easy, quick, and simple recipe- which is what you need when eating paleo (this will also work for a variety of other diets too and is just a great healthy recipe all around)!  I also love that you can make the spaghetti squash AND meatballs together in the same crockpot!

I find some of my all-time favorite recipes in Southern Living magazine and this is no exception!  I'm also always on the lookout for unique pork recipes since it's my husband's favorite.  I love the addition of the chunky tomato sauce over the pork, both are so flavorful on their own, but together they're even better.

via a Spicy Perspective

Another super easy recipe that makes the most flavorful and juicy Italian beef- perfect for sandwiches or on its own.  I also add a bit of balsamic vinegar for a little more acidity!

via Southern Living

Another great recipe from Southern Living-  I was thrilled to find this since good sausage recipes are few and far between.  It has the most hearty flavor and is a perfect comfort-food meal for a chilly fall evening or snowy winter dinner.
