Snow Day Denim

     Today was a perfect cozy snowy Sunday in Kentucky and the snowflakes are continuing to fall this evening.  I know many people hate the cold weather and are always ready for winter to be over, but I always look forward to some snow and the chance to be stuck at home for a day or two (it doesn't take much for that to happen in Kentucky)!  This outfit was all about being comfy and cozy on this chilly day: a chunky knit sweater, oversized denim jacket, knit hat, and some shearling boots (which feel like slippers!).  I did not think I would ever be wearing UGGs  again, but when I saw this cute, shorter style on a few of my favorite bloggers I ordered a pair (only $39.99!)- and trust me, they are the most comfortable things ever and I want to wear them constantly!  My denim jacket is thrifted and is a men's style which gives it that oversized fit that is becoming so popular lately.  My hat is one of my all-time favorites because I love all pom-pom hats AND anything faux fur (especially when it's pink)!  This is a style from Anthropolgie last year (they always have the best color combos!), BUT they have lots of similar ones at ASOS now (and they are on sale!).   I've linked all my favorite fur pom hats and the rest of my outfit details for you to shop at the end of this post!
