Lately the weather here in Kentucky has felt a little more like spring than the normal January wintry weather.  My wardrobe has been skewing towards lots of pastels and floral prints, even though I just have to keep reminding myself that the harsh winter weather could return at any moment.  What better place to head when you have spring fever than a quaint little greenhouse?!  Michler's greenhouses here in Lexington is the most magical place tucked into downtown right off of campus.  Of course I left with another fiddle leaf fig tree, and I could have easily spent all my money on their beautiful plants!  I picked up this floral midi dress during the Anthropologie tag sale after Christmas and it felt like the perfect fit for a January spring-like day.   I love that it has long sleeves and such a pretty, delicate silhouette.  One of my favorite tricks for wearing more spring-like dresses in the late winter months is to throw a cropped leather jacket over them- light-weight enough and it adds a little edge to flirty florals and prints.  My dress is no longer available online (check your local store though!), but I've linked some of my favorite similar printed midis from Anthro at the end of this post for you to shop (and several of them are on SALE)!

xoxo
