Favorite Crockpot Recipes
It's no secret, I love my crockpot! There's nothing better than little to no prep work and having a delicious dinner a few hours later. We all seem to use our crockpots more in the winter months as there are so many amazing comfort foods, soups, chilis, and cozy meals for the cold weather. I've rounded up all my favorite tried and true crockpot recipes for you to try. They are all super easy, budget-friendly, and equally delicious!

Probably my favorite crockpot recipe and the one that I make the most often is this Balsamic Roast Beef. It's so easy to throw together and is delicious on sandwiches, tacos, a salad, or all alone!
This Chicken Taco Chili is less than 300 calories per bowl and has so many layers of flavor and texture. It is also super easy to make as you just dump a bunch of cans and some chicken breasts in the crockpot together with some spices- one of my all-time favorite chili recipes!
I just love every recipe I have ever tried from Half Baked Harvest and this Crockpot Barbecue Beer Pulled Chicken is no exception. Slow cooking it all day really brings out the amazing flavors even more. She served her chicken on these adorable cheddar corn popovers but this barbecue can easily stand alone.
Not the most earth-shattering recipe, but if you need a quick and easy side dish that is ready when you get home, these Crockpot Baked Potatoes via Skinny Taste are a great option. Baked potatoes take so long in the oven and these are just as tasty and you can leave them alone to cook all day!
I love these Crockpot Chicken Fajitas via 16th & Bliss. There are only a handful of ingredients (you can even use frozen fajita veggies to make it even easier) and they make the best shredded fajita chicken that is great on both tortillas and salads!
I've shared my favorite Potato Soup recipe on the blog before, but this Crockpot Creamy Potato Soup via The Girl Who Ate Everything is just as good and perfect when you need a quick dinner with little to no prep.
