Grinch Holiday Snack Mix

There is nothing better than a grinch-inspired snack mix to fuel your Dr. Seuss holiday movie marathon! There is something for everybody in this mix: salty pretzels, sweet chocolate and marshmallows, and crunchy Chex cereal pieces. This recipe is super easy and quick, and the sprinkles and colors add a fun festive touch! This recipe is perfect for kids and would make a great activity to do together with your little ones. • 4 cups popped popcorn (any flavor is fine!)

• 4 cups Chex cereal

• 10oz package white chocolate melts

• 2 cups of your favorite chocolate covered pretzels

• 1 package Rainbow mini marshmallows (only use green)

• 1 11oz bag of Christmas m&ms

• Christmas sprinkles

• Green food coloring

1. Melt white chocolate in microwave

2. Stir in a few drops of green food coloring. Add one drop at a time until you reach the perfect grinch green color!

3. Pour chocolate over Chex cereal and toss to coat.

4. Place chocolate covered Chex in freezer for a few minutes to harden.

5. Mix chocolate covered Chex with pretzels, popcorn, marshmallows, m&ms and sprinkles. Pour into a large bowl and enjoy!
