I’m so excited to finally share this holiday table setting how-to that I worked on with the Southsider magazine and my good friend, Kayla Weber Nord. Kayla and I work together so easily and we were immediately on the same page with our vision. It also helps that each have a good collection of table setting materials to use and choose from! We wanted to put together a table setting that was neutral and classic enough for fall, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and beyond but also had a bit of holiday flair.
My Top Picks from Magnolia's Hearth + Hand Holiday at Target
November is here and in the retail world that means we’re already in full holiday swing! Yesterday the new holiday line was released from Magnolia’s Hearth + Hand line at Target and there are SO many great decor pieces I wanted to share with you! A few of my favorites listed are items that were also available from the line last year! I really liked that they brought back a few of the most popular and key pieces that sold out so quickly last year! You can see how I styled many of them in my home in my 2017 Holiday Home Tour here. Our Fixer Upper: Nursery Updates
We have less than a month (hopefully) to go before Baby Woodford’s arrival which inspired some serious nesting and nursery work this past week! I dedicated two days to putting away and organizing 2 shower’s worth of gifts and hanging shelves, artwork, curtains, and decor. We also got our overhead light installed this week, so I finally have some light in here when it’s dark out! I feel so relieved that the bulk of decorating and prep in here in complete now and I only really have a few finishing touches left which I should be able to work on this week.

Modern + Minimal Bathroom Renovation
I have been SO excited to share this amazing transformation of one of my latest design projects. This client's bathroom was original to the home and had not been updated since they had lived there. I was so excited when they asked me to help with the design and coordination of this renovation especially after hearing their vision and ideas for the space.
